At The Wardrobe Witch, each piece is carefully inspected, photographed, and packaged to ensure it arrives safely to its new home.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

All items are shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best option for your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Wardrobe Witch is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

If a package appears lost or delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Returns & Sales Policy

Due to the nature of resale and vintage items, all sales are final.

We do our best to provide clear photos, accurate descriptions, and condition notes for every item so you can shop with confidence.

Returns or refunds will only be considered if an item has been grossly misrepresented (for example: incorrect item sent, major undisclosed damage, or authenticity issues).

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos of the issue.

Normal signs of wear, minor imperfections, and fit issues do not qualify for returns. Pre-owned items often carry small signs of life and history, which we believe adds to their character.
